Neely Henry Tournament

:fish A few of us have decided to try and have a small crappie tournament soon on Neely Henry Lake. :HandsClapping We plan on social distancing as best we can because we do not wish for anyone to get sick. My wife will have mask's available for anyone needing them. The date will be May 13 2020. Sign up and weigh in will be held at the Canoe Creek Launch ramp. Sign up will be from 5:30 AM till 6:00 AM and fish from 6:30 AM till 12:00 noon and be back to weigh in by 1:00 PM. Entry fee will be $50.00 per boat with $5.00 per entry going to big fish. Pay back will be 100%. We will also have another tournament on June 4 2020. Everything will be the same as this one. We will be going by rules of the Coosa River Crappie Club even tough this is not a club event. How did the tournament go, and what was the winning total? I am thinking about coming out on June 4 if yall have another tournament that day.

Winning weight was 8.21 for 7 crappie with a 1.67 for the big fish. We had 7 teams that fished. Hoped we would have more but I guess some folks had to get back to work. We would welcome you or anyone else that wants to come join us at the next one on June 4th. If you need a copy of our rules I can send you a copy by email.
