It's really hard to say. The biggest crappie I've ever caught was 3lb and wasn't but a shade over 15" long. It was river fish and they are short and stocky. She was loaded with eggs and very thick across the back. I've caught a 2.75 and few 2.60s from other lakes and they've been around 16" long. Longest fish I ever caught was probably 16.25" and weighed 2.29, but it was in the winter before she really bulked up too
Can tell you a 17" crappie will be right at 3 pound (caught quite a few that size) and have had some about the size of your probably 2 1/4 - 2 1/2 pounds since she's full of eggs. A nice fat 16" will push 2 1/2 - 2 3/4 pounds.
Thickness has a lot to do with weight and can see a pretty large different in the same length fish. Standard size with weights are just not that exact.
