What boat ramp would be best for winter pool on Rough River and is there any place to pick up minnows around? With all the high water looks like that I am going to have to try a few new lakes to get my fishing fix this winter.

All ramps beside Eveleigh will be accessible right now. Minnows can be purchased at Peter Cave store or Laslie’s Country place also store at short creek carries them

In a couple weeks there will be a bunch of ramps unusable. The are pullingvwater hard tight now. Check the Corp Facebook page. The have a post there with water levels the ramps become unusable. If we sont get a lot of rain it will be way down by then.
