Just like the title says, comment below if you have an idea of exactly what I am making?
Some might know this but, at one time I actually operated a custom woodworking shop. Over the years (and a move later), I simply never got around to doing a ton of woodworking. Primarily because my barn roof leaks (trying to rectify it one free screw at a time.. thanks to Steve) and I have to move my tools all over just to get at them.
This project has been eating at me for awhile. I'm to the point now where I don't have a choice. I have to get it started... and finished. The joys of woodworking are overshadowed by the project I am working on.
The boards utilized were all milled with my chainsaw last winter (I have since added a bandsaw mill). All lumber came off from my property. These are all 5/4 rough stock red oak.

Now to send them through the planner a hand full of times.

And I'm left with perfect 3/4 inch slabs

Now, to run the one reference edge through the jointer so I can get 90 degree cuts on my chop saw.
Attachment 361040
With a 90 degree reference face and the boards cut to lenth, I was able to rip them down on my table saw to 1/4 over the finished size.

Back to the jointer to get them to the final dimension and have perfect sides.

Sanding starts.
Attachment 361043
After sanding with 60, 100, and 150 grit, I am now ready for assembly. I will finish sand to 400 grit after assembly.

More to follow tomorrow. Until then, it will be interesting to see how close people are with their guesses.
