Hey now!!! That'll eat right there. That sounds like something you might have come up with yourself using your keen intuition for fine cuisine. Was it?

Pit Boys did a youtube video on pocket burgers. I took it and turned them into Shepherd's Pies. I used jalapeno slices on top. Next time I will use diced jalapenos mixed into the mashed potatoes. Otherwise they were good

Should come with a warning. Had a grease fire in the pellet grill. I will have some cleaning to do tomorrow
