Navionics App to Navionics Chartplotter

I've looked on Navionics website and do not see any mention of it. But due to having an older style hummingbird, I elected to purchase the Navionics App several months ago and have really been pleased with it. I have since recently upgraded my electronics that includes chartplotter capabilities. With that said is there any possible way to transfer the information from the APP such as tracks, waypoints, etc to the Navionics card and implement to the new fishfinder?
Anybody have any experience with this?

Been a while since I did it but there is a way because some of my older waypoints that I saved on my DF show up on the App which I purchased for the 1st time a couple of months ago.
So at some point I saved them to the Navionics chartplotter website.
