I see some of the guys post about pulling cranks on Cypress Lake. Seems like these colors should help you catch an extra fish or two.
Three years ago I saw a guy on the lake catching big Crappie by casting crankbaits over brush piles. I purchased some Stike King 3XD's and found it to be a pretty easy way to catch a few big fish.
Just cast 20' past the brushpile and crank hard 4 or 5 times to get down then reel slowly over the brush pausing as you hit limbs.
At the time Wally Marshall had some Crappie cranks in 3XD that were bright chartreuse and another that was bright pink that will catch a big Crappie. Sexy Shad worked good too.
I see they aren't really sold anymore but you can buy them at times on Ebay. This is a technique that still works for me today.
