9-21-19 tournament

Had 13 boats fish this event. Weather was sunny and nice with morning temps low 60s going into upper 80s on the day. Wind was calm early steadily picking up some as day went on but never really blew hard, just a good breeze. Jamie & Roger Johnson won this day with 7.74 pounds....Taking 2nd was Terry & Tyler with 7.04 pounds.....Taking 3rd was JohnW & Dave OD with 5.59 pounds......Taking the big fish pot was Randy C & Sam with a nice 1.75 big fish......There was 5 boats with a 7 fish limit this day and all but 1 boat weighed in at least some fish.

Next tournament will be at Tim's Ford, Devil Step Ramp on October 19th. The fall bite should be heating up. Expect to see a 2 pounder or 2. Should be a good turn out with lots of fish caught. But Tim's can be unforgiving for sure and put a damper on anyone's day. Always fun there. Just never know. Tournament starts at 7 and ends at 2.
