Thanks for prayers.
What a great sight we have and such a good man leading it. A few days ago he put on a prayer thread for my niece. And I humbly thank him and all who prayed. God is Good!! He heard us!! Praise to our Father. Today after 11 days in a coma, partially induced to treat her, our niece woke up and was able to breath without the respirator. She was finally diagnosed with sepsis caused from a severe infection of her urinary tract. With heavy meds and time she was finally weaned off the respirator after a couple tries. She had no brain reactions when she was brought in and our nephew did not know how long she had been unconscious when he found her at 3 in the morning after his dog awoke him. She had fallen out of bed and threw up. That was and continues to be a huge problem to overcome ,as she had inhaled vomit. They feel her lungs are now clear enough that breathing on her own will help her get better. She even responded to questions and told our nephew she was ready to go home. She of course had no idea of the time passed and can not remember what happened. We were down there for a few days and were heading home today when we got the good news. Honestly, seeing her had me doubting her recovery. Prayers work!!! Thanks all of you and please continue praying, she has a while to go. Special thanks to Slab and a few special friends. You know who you are.
