The cats are easy and fast with an electric knife, the bluegill you got to be careful with the 1st cut to not go thru the spine - I only messed up 1 out of 9 - I'm gettin better.

That's some good eating for sure...
Scale them crackers and throw them on the grill I'll come over and show you what to do with them when they are done.
