Smoky sky coming home. Canada wildfires

This shows how smoky it was coming home. It turned the sun pink. Taken between Vermillion Bay and Dryden if you know the area.Attachment 349997

When I was up there about 8 years ago there were fires in the area also. They were close enough where the water planes would come down on the lake to fill and head back to he fire to dump.

Never saw planes dip down for water but the one day there was a lot of float planes flying plus helicopters. They were evacuating fly in camps.

Saw it like that once in the 90's! Couldn't hardly see across the lake!
