I went - tough day for us - no temp gauge - 4'-15' on tubes all short fish on minnows (about 30) - 8 keepers - several yellows , a few gills couple hybrids. All in all an enjoyable day to be out.
Well we made it out Friday nite slow nite on jugs.My temp was reading 65.We did get fish in the boat so we wasnt skunked.Austin got him a 13inch crappie off the bank.She has eggs in her.Cleaned up the boat today thinking about going tommorrow up on Old Hickory and get some driftwood for the shop and to fish some also.
Went this afternoon. Wind was rough. Water temp was 60-63 around Poole knobs. Its was tough managing the wind and my nine year old at the same time.
We manged 7, with a 13in black. No whites today. The blacks were 3-5 on a flat on jigs.
