I'm to old, lazy, and chest to drive to the lakes just to have looked at the high water but if you have pictures I would love to see them. Especially fishing in newly flooded timber.

Yes the 1986 flood killed off thousands of trees in the bottoms, I'm sure this flood will do the same. Sad. Back in the 80's we fished and mushroom hunted around thrush bridge south of Calhoun and after the 86 flood it turned it into a waste land, where there were once forest there's now only cock·le·bur plants.
