I found one of these used. I have a cc flat bottom boat now Would like to have something that the wind will not move around as bad. If any one has any info on the Tracker good or bad I would like to know. Thanks alot.

I've read some stuff on another web site [ walleye.com ] that's not good, and
they tried in every way to get Tracker to correct it's problem [ transom came
out and floor braces welds broke.
I hate to here about Tracker not standing behind there boats, because I
have a Tracker Pro Crappie, but so far they have fixed two problems without
any hitch.

Better stick to a fiberglass boat. Alluminum boats blow like a sail in the wind. Heavy and low to the water. Lots of tournament guys will partially fill their boats with water to get the boats lower in the water. I wouldn't recommend that but it is effective. Waves may break over the bow doing this so you need to be out of open water areas when doing this or you may go see Davey Jones. CFQuote:

The boat I'm fishing out of now, weighs in excess of 2500 lbs loaded,
and sits with the keel nearly two feet under the surface -
it's aluminum, and it don't blow :) turned loose to do what it wants in
25 mph+ winds, it will move about 1.0 mph by the gps, a little trolling motor
correction and I can sit still. Pumping 30 gal of water into the bow livewell
and carrying a 30 lb anchor in the bow storage just makes it better. ;)
The V-18 has a little more width at the back but not as much at the bow in the water the weight is almost the same. The 18 will draw twice the water of the cc an not so much up in the air like the cc. Just more to think on. Thanks for your info.
TLF...I have a Tournament V-18 which is the same boat as the All Fish but higher decks. I am real happy with it..my second one in fact. If the price is right I say go for it.
We sell Fisher brand boats at work.
They are almost identical to Tracker...just different stickers and paint.
I have not had anyone come back unsatisfied with their purchase.
As for Tracker Marine standing behind product?
We had a customer split his hull, due to his trailer <---I am guessing he was hauling stuff inside the boat to the lake.
Anyhow....Tracker sent out a new hull for him...the boat was 3 years old.
