a friend of mine fished rocky today had 3 hits didn't catch anything water was 43 to 44 and stained he fished for 5 hrs
Paint creek is just now coming back down, will prob. be around winter pool in a couple days. I was there Saturday while it was still up and water looked like chocolate milk. It will probably clear up some i would think by this coming weekend.
I may be able to go over a few weekends in April. Please keep me updated on the conditions.

Paint creek lake is back down to winter pool as of this morning.
When do you all think the bite will be on this spring? Some say Spring is the best time for crappie there.

i fish for them all winter when lake isnt froze. thats about the only time i fish there.

ok back in December but with all the rain the lake has been a mess when wasnt froze up
