I'm not much of a long liner, more of a single pole jig guy. But I've always been curious when people talk about pulling jigs tipped with minnows, what kind of jig are most people using? I always assumed most people pulled curly tails or slider type jigs long lining. Seems like the minnow may hurt the action on those type bodies. Are people mostly pulling hair jigs when tipping with a minnow?
Also curious what depth range you found them today? I don't fish Wylie but I do plan to fish Greenwood on saturday and was wondering what depths to start looking.
