I bet water is too high. I’ve caught them this time of year throwing a spoon down stream of sandbars. Good luck finding a sand bar.

River in that area is just backwater, no current. I have checked it several times recently, no activity for white bass.Quote:

I not sure what the water is like but you may want to try the the old river above the Graham lake boat ramp. Back in my Bass fishing days we used to catch a lot of White bass in this area when water was high.
