How could you do that to a beautiful deer ?
and I would respond ...Its really not that difficult or complicated to do
just heat up the gas grill and leave said fillet dry tenderizing a few days in the frig .
slice up a few veggies ...
then lightly sear all the items on a real hot grill
let the fillet rest a bit with a light spicy glaze under foil on a plate …
then happily consume said beautiful deer and veggies …..:Rofl
that's how I could do it ….:highfive
p.s. yes its rather rare as should be for the less informed on venison fillets
