I've not seen a limit in AR yet.
No and I would be all for it . Right now sky is the limit unless your fishing Trout or below a dam .
In Arkansas you can run as many poles as you like. I run double hook on 8 poles when spider rigging or pulling. I like options and am glad we have our not so tight rules! Good luck to you in your fishing adventures.
