GoPro camera
My wife and kids got me a GoPro Hero for Christmas this year. I’ve seen numerous fishing videos and I’m wondering how and what you guys do to mount your camera in the boat? Do you use the GoPro brand accessories? Off brand? Homemade? I made a mount for my dog this afternoon and got a video of him eating an apple he found in the neighbor’s yard. I’d like to see how other CDC folks do it. Thanks in advance.

Never wanted one, I have a face for radio. Would imagine YouTube would have many examples if you searched.

Beagle, Mr Baker makes awesome videos doesn’t he? I’m not going to try to do anything like that, I’m just looking to have a little fun with it. Mr. Baker, if you’re on here I’d love to hear your input.

You might drop a line to the guy who does 3 Pound Crappie on you-tube. He seems to be very helpful with that type of stuff.

I have a goPro Hero 5 Black I use for my YouTube Videos
I mostly use the "Chesty"Harness, but have recently made a couple custom mounts using various materials to give different camera angles next year when we are softwater fishing again.

If you do a search there is a lot of guys who have posted various home made mounts, one I found pretty interesting was a guy made all of his using 1/2"PVC pipe

I was thinking someone made a pole and mount that fits into the navigation light sockets.

Mounted on a head strap. I have an off shoot of one. It worked for me, haven't done it for a while, but they see what I see....
