Unknown Mystery Lure, Can you name it?

Hello Fellow Anglers,

I usually watch videos and read post in here for certain techniques and lures to use to get those giant slabs. The other night I was watching this video by Senko Skipper and noticed this lure or spoon he was demoing but he didn't know the name of it because he gets so many different types of lures, jigs, worms, etc. But this one seems to allude him of the name or where he got it from. Cam anyone identity this lure? The action it produces is awesome because it requires no action on it part, does that all by itself!

It's called a "Kicker", but I do not remember which manufacturer makes this lure.

I went to the website Senkoskipper – Connecting the digital and outdoor worlds and clicked on products but did not see the spoon thing.
