Not finished yet..at least as of 21st of December lake bone dry

talk to a guy today and the gas pumps in Yates Center he lives close to the lake he said lake still dry and the are working on infrastructure of the letdown system
That big rain they had back in Oct November almost filled the lake...so then they had to refrain the lake which set them back some...
