Biggest crappie at EL Dorado Saturday was 9.5" and a few smaller dinks, glad to see the water way up again and tons of shad on top. Went to Harvey East this morning Sept 16th and caught some 1 to 3 lb cats. water way up and schools of shad everywhere, channel cats were hittin the shad on top.
Thanks for the reports Dr. I haven't been on Eldo since it came up. What's the water color?
I jigged the sailboat timber and it wasn't too murky, the cove was fairly clear. I didn't hit the North end but I suspect it's muddy. Glad the waters up and lotsa shad.
