Bear Creek and Cedar Lakes

Anyone got any reports on any of the lakes?

Fished on Upper Bear twice between Christmas and New Years. I caught a total of 5, those two trips, that would keep. I cant find them on U. Bear in the dead of winter. I haven't heard anything on the others. I know that TVA is working on Big Bear and has the water very low. Let us know if you get on them down there.
