Where would you find Lake Maps with pre-selected GPS coordinates for underwater structure?
What kind of water are you fishing? If it's an Army Corps of Engineers controlled lake,
you can find lake maps and fishing attractor locations on their website. I have maps
for Lake Shelbyville, Rend Lake and Crab Orchard that I found on-line! I also use
"Fishing Hot Spots" maps that I purchase on-line.
Not a lot of man made structure in Michigan. Our DNR and DEQ frown on putting ANYTHING in a lake for structure. Some of the old lake contour maps show fish cribs but just general locations.
I guess I would need to know what you are looking for in terms of structure?
Are we talking rock piles, sunken Islands, troughs, old river channels? Or are we actually talking about man made structure?
Most of our local lake maps don't include GPS stuff. You can find maps for many Michigan waters here:

The "Sportsmans Connection" books are great sources as well.
Fishing Hotspots maps do have some coordinates.
What I do is use these maps to cross reference my GPS maps on my sonar. From there I can get any coordinate that I want.
Another good source is NOAA although they don't have inland lakes. Their maps have LAT and LONG lines. Most nav maps do. Inland lakes would be tough to find.
Navonics has a Webb app, on their web page, you can use that to get coordinates from contours and such, then enter them into your graph as well.
