Guadalupe River

This past weekend I got to fish down in Texas and I learned a few things:
Texas only has the option for a day license or a year license, I should have gotten the year license.
I hate bobber type indicators. I actually hit myself in the face with one, it was windy. I had a much more enjoyable time after the evil little thing was removed.
The trout GR Trout Unlimited stock are BIG.
The place can get crowded but generally people were very polite.
I can tie me a pretty crappy knot, thus losing a good fish.
I want to fish for one of those redhorse suckerfish that I saw a father and son reel in.

Here is a pic of a very spunky hen that was all nice and pretty too! She jumped and made some really strong runs.
