PICO Lures Christmas Contest ...ending Dec 22

This contest will have two winners. The prizes are a jig kit in a Plano box consisting of 40 scent ring tubes, 40 scent ring pointers, 5 ball jig heads and 5 minnow jig heads, a bottle of Crappie.com Slab Sauce, plus a Pico decal. You can enter the contest once per day. To enter make a post telling what you like best about Christmas, or you can post and tell of a favorite Christmas memory. Winners will be selected by random number generator. Winners will be picked sometime the evening of Dec. 22

Unseasonably warm Christmas about 20 years ago went out after big dinner and caught six slabs that weighed 13.2 lbs. Great present Lord...wish I could duplicate that afternoon.

Watching the Grand Kids Christmas morning.

T'was the night before Christmas
And all through our shack
The wind kept a whistling
Through each little crack

My sock was hung
From the mantle with care
In hopes that Old Santa
Would leave a fishing reel there

I was lying awake
On a lump in my cot
When I began to think up
A mean little plot

I jumped from my cot
And from the hooks on the wall
I grabbed my dad's shotgun
And went out in the hall

I crept down the hall
At the den I did stop
And the thing that I saw
Caused my eye-balls to pop

There by the mantle
Filling all of the socks
Was my bald headed daddy
Taking toys from a box

He spoke not a word
As he turned and saw the gun
I knew riight then
There was no need to run

Such a mad man
I never did see
As he jerked off his belt
Then used it on me

Now it's Christmas Day
As I plaed with my reel
I have one thing to say
Because his belt I did feel

For a Christmas that's merry
And a New Year that's bright
Make sure you stay in bed
On Christmas eve night
