Where is the picture ?? Is it on your computer, your phone, a hosting site, etc ??

I actually started another post on this. I was able to get a link to the pictures to work I think.... by the way I am using a apple ipad trying to post pictures I was using photo bucket but it doesn't seem to work anymore..thanks

No, it don't work anymore ... Photobucket (free account) has decided to no longer be "free" for those people posting their pics on third party sites, like this one. Not only that, but they also broke the links so that any pics you had posted on third party sites would no longer be visible. That's why a lot of us just transferred all our pics from our Photobucket albums back into our computer picture files, and closed our Photobucket accounts.
