Just saw where Mr. Gary Weir has passed away. If you're a child of the 70's and early 80's from here in Arkansas, then you'll remember him as Bozo the Clown. Always seemed like a very nice man.

Just heard on the radio of his passing. I can remembering being on the Romper Room show around the early days of the Bozo show. My sister actually made it on the Bozo show.

I was on the show and i think somewhere in the depths of my parents hoarded vcr tapes you could still find thst wonderful footage.
I contacted KATV Channel 7 a few years back about the old footage as I knew the exact day that we were on the show because it was my cousin's 4th birthday. Sadly, they did not save any of the old Bozo Show episodes. I remember the girl sitting on my right was selected to kick the balloon in the barrel.......she didn't win. :(Quote:
