Anyone had any trouble with Ozark and their customer service? I own many Ozark rods and like all of them. But recently had one break on a small fish in two section on the lower half of the jig pole. I'm being ignored by Ozark.

Happened to me multiple times in one year, took forever to get the rod to begin with then had two of them break and took me over a month to get a response both times so I threw em in the garbage and cut my losses! I now use Vexan crappie rods religiouslyQuote:

I didn't realize I was bashing. I love Ozark rods, and have talked them up for years. Just asking why I'm being ignored when I need service, and was hoping someone else in the same situation could help.
