I have 2 batteries dedicated to my 24 volt trolling motor. I always take the jumper off between the 2 batteries when charging. I charge them one at a time. A buddy told me you can just hook up the charger and do them both at the same time by leaving the jumper on. If that is the case, do you put the hot cable from the charger on the positive of one battery and the negative from the charger to the negative of the other battery- or just hook up the charger to one battery and it will charge the other one at the same time?
