Noticed while reviewing the rules on the clubs website, it states no more than 2 hooks per line. Is that still in effect now that the State of Indiana allows 3 hooks? Wanted to be sure before I hit our first tournament this year.

Yes. The rule is correct. ISM allows only two hooks per line during all tournaments.
