anybody out there fish Lake montecelo. They have changed the rules this year Dec, Jan & Feb you have to keep all the fish you catch regardless of size limet 20 fish. Can't seem to catch the big ones only the small 7 - 9 inch ones any help out there. game wardens real tickey no culling
