2016 Fishing License

New Jersey is doing something smart and at the same time something good for the public. I live in Northeast Pennsylvania near route 80 and most years purchase a New Jersey fishing license. If you have a friend that has not purchased a license within the past 5 years, and you bring him or her with you to a licensing agent, both you and your friend get their license half price (does not included trout stamp). This is good for both residents and non residents. Next year the friend may continue to purchase a license and the number of licenses issued will be greater giving more federal assistance.
