Back Up And Catching/Pics
It has been sometime since I have set the hook. Well today that changed. Headed out with a temp of 7 degrees. After a stroll of a half mile on somewhat frozen and packed snow I set to drilling some holes. First fish was a small yellow. No more at that hole so I moved as we often do when on the ice. The next hole it was HELLO. I was in 40 ft. water. The slab came in the 30ft. Set the hook and topside he came. In those deep water places they get blown up and are hard to release. This one was 17 inch and topped the scale at 3 lbs. even. Later another at 16 1/2 and 3 /4 lbs. Ten total came home. It was tiring going out and much more so coming back. I am not complaining.
