Sky, Man what a day to fish, Left home at 9 ish, got to the lake -at 10:30.water looked good, light ripple, dingy as it were. started out in 25ft. of water, not much going on there, moved up the big sac towards the cedar ridge area, and hit a couple 15 to 20 ft brush,,, found a few keeper crappie there, good size 10 1/2 range, hit a couple more spots, not much going on. so headed west towards Maze Creek, hit a couple deep trees and found several good fish in 40 ft of water suspended about 15ft deep, they would smack it pretty hard, any jig any color worked, I stayed with purple/char slabbuster and and new jig I been trying Mikes custom walley and crappie jig, in brown/glow char.... pretty good jig I gotta say,,,, Thanks for reading.
