Any thoughts on how well the reproduction of this species would do in their new environment? Would be great if they could get them to established.
thanks

Time will tell...usually an introduced species really takes off the first 5-8 years, then they find their niche.Hopefully, all those ares have a good shad population.
It looks like they have the right idea about the blue cats. Those we catch in Oklahoma on the Arkansas river usually will have a belly full of muscles when we fillet them. time will tell about the muscle population. Cook is right about hoping they have a good shad population where they are releasing them. They will thrive if so because they do like live bait.
