Below Truman ?

Just wondering if anyone has been to the tail water below Truman on LOZ. Last year caught a few crappie and whites below the dam this time of year. Didn't know if its worth a trip is weekend?! Thanks

They are catching some walleye down there the last few days.

Was there last Wednesday and it was dead. The locals said the bite had been off for 3 days. Before that we had real well. They have started run ing some water so that should help. I will be down some time Friday scouting for a family visit but don't any more than that.

I watched a couple of guys fishing off the dock on the end of old channel
catch 11 keepers in about 20 minutes this evening around 6:20 pm.
A couple of them looked over 12" and they were using minnow imitation
jigs about 3' below a bobber.

Fished it last night Wednesday and it was slow one crappie and 2 white bass. Only on the water for a couple of hours.
