Thur nite slabs on Wylie

Tried a new spot in Tega Cay last nite. Got set up by 8:15 and fished 'til 12:45. Nite started slow and ended slow but between 10 and 11:30 I landed 5 fish 13" to 14" and lost 2 more that size at the boat when I tried to broaden the definition of "lifter". Just got through tellin Rango I would never do that again and I did it twice. Just got excited in the midst of the action. Also got a few tater chips that were released. Could've caught alot more fish if I kept a rig or two near the bottom, but all the slabs hit at 10 to 14 foot so I decided to put everything at that depth. Only Caught babies off the bottom. Looks like Sun nite for the next trip.
