2013 Classic @ Lake Blackshear Dec 7th

Here's the current itinerary. Friday off limits at 6:00 PM until 5:00 AM Saturday. Friday night seminar/meal at Golden Corral in Cordele, GA (next door to Ramada Inn on Hwy 280 East) starting at 7:00 PM. Tell the Golden Corral cashier you are with the Slab Masters in the back meeting room to receive your discount on your meal. Also, we will do 2013 Points Champions awards during seminar. Ramada Inn is our host hotel. Be sure to ask for the Slab Masters discounted rate. Also, Leroy's is our host for all bait and tackle needs and weigh-in location.

We will cover the rules again, but there will not be a Saturday AM meeting. Start Saturday fishing at 7:00 AM and lines out by 3:30 PM. Anglers must be in line and acknowledged by Slab Masters staff by 4:30 PM. 12 poles and 2 baits per pole maximum. Live or artificial or a combination of both baits is permissible. 2 adults per boat maximum. Refer back to rule page on our web site for more info: Current Season Rules .

Entry fees are $150 which includes the Big Fish entry. Pay back to 1 team for every 4 entered.

We will also be discussing next season at the Friday night seminar. Bring your suggestions and ideas to help grow our trail.

I will get it posted tomorrow, since so many smart phones were busy taking pics of the weigh-in screen to send to those that just had to know how good of time they MISSED..................................it ain't always about how many pounds can be caught, but this tournament was proof of how much a competitive group of friends can have fun regardless of what the crappie want.....
