Any of you guys used one of these?? I use long slender needle nose pliers, but this sure looks simple and would seem to cause less injury to a fish that was deep hooked.

If it works good then I need to get one
Well, after I watched the video I ordered one. Will update post once I get it and can try it out. Never found one that works well on smaller fish that are deep hooked.
Here's what I use....
HooKouT Mini | Baker Hookout
Paid $9.99 for it. Good leverage and doesn't slip off hook like pliers would.
Turtles have to eat too.
I too purchased the Baker mini tool but most often find myself using the long nose pliers instead. I was hoping to cause less damage to deep hooked fish but have not been able to master the skill of using the mini-T, especially on small fish.
get a pencil, saw a slit in it with a thin blade hacksaw on the flat tip of unsharpened end. The slit fits right over the hook and you can just press down to remove the hook from a gut hooked fish. cheap and easy. for about a dollar you can make 10-12
