Don't think they have because I saw one this fall around lightfoot (I was 100% sober😏) and completely dismissed what I had seen until I came across that article hanging up in a local tire shop.
It was likely someone's pet that got too big for them and they released it. I have not heard if one had been caught, but there have been several caught over the years in the KC area. An alligator most likely will not survive the winter outdoors in Missouri.
So much for alligator hunting in Missouri. lol

Sounds funny, but a couple weeks ago in the KC area, not sure were, some guys "pet" alligator got loose. :donoQuote:
