As anyone will confess it has been a 'Tough' year keeping on a bite. Just got back from a 2 day trip out West. Another fantastic weather day last Friday on Glen. Cool temps and lite winds allowed us to fish anywhere, any way. Fished from the dam to the causeway bridge. 10 keepers was all we could catch. Nota white bass or anything else. Water temps in the mid 70's. There was a thunder storm the nite before with reports of lightening strikes hitting the water. I'm finding fish but just can't get a tactic to get them to bite. What we did catch was 'Glen Elder' class Attachment 137717 Decided to go to Kirwin Sat. This in volved draining the boat & a trip to the car wash. Got a late start because couldn't find any bait till after 8am. Started on the South piles finding the same bite as Glen,,,,, VERY SLOW!!!!. By noon there was only 3 on the counter. Winds starting to pick-up outa the SW. Desperate to find biters, headed to the N.shore piles. :fingerdance:woohooJumping Jacks Icon For the next 3 hours we put 30 in the livewell. Wind ran us off as the waves were coming over the bow. Whew!!!!:biggrin <*)}}}><
