Cabelas, BPS, Barlows, Netcraft....most good online retailers carry these.
Cabelas is where I used to get them. They don't have gold plated with 1/0 hook anymore on website. Regular gold plated is backored until spring. Did a search of the others. Zilch
Not sure on the hook sizes, but Skip used to have the gold plated heads, might check with him.
I do tie gold played jigs, but nothing near a 1/0 hook. All mine have #4 Sickle hooks. I do use 1/32, 1/16 & 1/8.
You may want to check with Crazy Angler, but I don't know if he has hooks that large or not!

It seems like the 1/0 works alot better with a 3" grub and dont get the short strikes as bad.

Luck "E" Strike makes the gold plated jigs. I am not sure they are available with 1/0 hook. Their price is 24 carrot. I received prices from them and decided not to stock this item.
