Found some Crappie...

...but they were small. I caught about 20 that averaged 7-8" while fishinga rock outcropping. Water depth was 5', water temperature was at 74. I did catch an 11",9", and 81/2". Do you think that is just a school of small ones, and I just got lucky with the 3 keepers I caught? I fished this spot at 2:00 in the afternoon.Do you think there are more big ones in this school? Did I find(and fish) this spot the wrong time of day?

Sounds like you found a early spawn school, they are still sittin close to there spawn area or still in it. The keeper ones were just some bigger ones of the group.
