These people are complete idiots. Ordered a screen protecter for a Humminbird 788ci. On the size selection I put in 5" since that's what was on the Humminbird box. Well the first one I got it was 5" long and 3" wide. Called customer service and they emailed me a return sheet and filled out for a exchange and gave them the horizontal 3 1/2"- vertical 3 1/2 Got a email that they reimbursed paypal $5.95. Original Cost was $9.99. They kept the rest for restock fee. Another call to customer service and talked to HABEEB again and gave him the dimensions and he said they would send me the 3 1/2" one. Well received it today and it is a 4.3.banghead They have no idea what they are even selling. So beware and make sure you DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They probably think a Humminbird is a small feathered creature. :mad:

I just purchased an I-Pilot and US2 cable from these guys. Luckily I got what I ordered and it seems to work OK. My problem is I googled MinnKota and their website came up as that. I thought I was dealing directly with MinnKota. I find their website misleading. You can get to the same page by using factoryoutlet.com which is nothing more than a national clearing house with Haneeb and Raj at the wheel.
I was planning on getting it at a local shop but his were backorderd and I did not want to wait.

Anything you type in with Humminbird in it they show up first. I called Humminbird and they said that they are no way afilliated with them. Humminbird did not even know if they were measureing the screen diagonally or vert & horizontal.
