Backto .... that's the kind of people that journalists LOOK for, to interview ... the radicals ... because it makes a more sensational story. The more sensational the story, the higher the ratings for their news company, & the more likelyhood they'll rise in the journalist ranks. It would also depend on the political slant of the news channel they work for, & their own political bias ... as to how the story is portrayed. "News" isn't news, anymore ... it's become entertainment, wrapped in an infomercial, with short soundbites of actual information that's slanted towards the political leanings of whichever news corporation is putting on the show.
