Questions for potential members

jmsjrs - lhumphre did an excellent job of summarizing the highlights of club membership. If you were not aware, we have a website - Springfield Crappie Club - that will give you an overall idea of what we have to offer. We are always looking for new members and would welcome the opportunity to show you how we operate. I believe you said in an earlier post that you were from the springfield area so a good tournament for you to check out would be Oct 15th on Lake Springfield. Ramp and times will be available soon. I do have to say that we need to create a better venue for welcoming new and potential members. It seems like the normal procedures necessary for running a meeting or a tournament don't leave much time for "meet and greet". We need to set aside an hour before every meeting to just plain visit with new members or even each other. This is a great club ran by some very dedicated members and we look forward to meeting you.
