Try Kinkaid, with spinners and leeches
If you want to buy a MO fishing license, I can get you on walleye and sauger pretty consistent from Nov. - Mar. Shoot me an email. Its just across the border. Much more consistent than Kinkaid and I fish Kinkaid all the time!
