starting my treck
Well, here I am in Bagram Afghanistan....trying to keep my sanity until I can hit the water. I keep looking at all the posts and pics on Crappie.com and my hands shake, my eyes glaze over with a nagging envy of you guys on the water with pics of suculant crappies.....then I start to loose my mind because this trip back to the house for some R&R is taking entirely too long.... ha ha ha OH, hey fellas, any tips on location for the weekend of the 17th around the Cumberland River, Dover, Cross Creeks areas? Already got the wife to hook up the battery charger on the boat, looking forward to spending some quality time with the wife and kids. Thanks guys.

Sorry can't be much help on the area, but hope you enjoy your time home and catch a nice mess of crappie in the meantime!

First of all . . . . God bless and keep you safe. I'll try to get you a report for that area from a Stewart county coworker. :)
